DESCRIPTION:Eat & Read is the brainchild of Jane Wolfe\, Harvard Divinity School graduate and co-owner of Melba’s Poboy Shop in New Orleans.  Every year she invites a variety of authors to the restaurant for book signings\, book giveaways\, and conversation.  Authors have included Colson Whitehead\, Michael Pollan\, Sophfronia Scott\, Sister Helen Prejean and many more. On May 5 Barbara will sign free copies of An Altar in the World\, visit with customers\, and enjoy a poboy. \n
