The Farminary Project at Princeton Seminary does theological education in sync with the seasons of small-scale agriculture, producing faith leaders who are conversant with ecology, sustainability, and food justice, as well as the need for sacred rest in a culture of 24/7 productivity. Barbara will speak at the opening worship service for this four day celebration, to be held both on the seminary campus and at the Farminary’s 21-acre farm. A signature event of Calvin University, the Festival of Faith and Writing has been held every other April since 1990, for readers of all faiths everywhere.
